I may use your commission to promote my work. This includes publishing on social media or streaming the process on twitch. If you prefer to keep your commission private, please let me know.

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate any commission (personal or commercial). I may or may not provide an explanation.

Personal information of the Artist or Client shall not be shared with third parties. This information is for business use only.

I retain full rights over my artwork. This means that I am allowed to live stream the process as well as publish the commission in any stage to social media, my personal portfolio, or websites.

I reserve the right to create merchandise with any commission.

Clients pay for digital files only. No physical items will be mailed with any commission.

Clients may use their commissioned work on any personal account but must properly credit me as the artist with a link that redirects others to my Twitter or Carrd.

No one may change, modify, edit, copy, trace, or heavily reference any of my work.

Responsibility regarding copyright issues will fall solely on the client. Please be aware of your rights regarding commissioning licensed characters that do not belong to you.

My art may not be distributed, mass-produced, or used for profit in any way without my written approval.

Commercial Use License prices may be discussed on a case-by-case basis and will depend on scale, use, and commission type.

All prices listed on my site are the starting price and may not reflect the total price.

All commissions are paid only through PAYPAL INVOICE in USD.

I do not accept payment plans for commissions under 500USD.

I do not start commissions until the invoice is fully paid.

An additional 5% will be added at the end of every commission to cover taxes.

There will be No Refunds once I begin your commission regardless of whether proof of work is provided or not. Please be certain that you wish to commission me and that you have the funds available.

A full refund will be given ONLY in the event that the artist terminates the commission.

The client may not cancel or request a refund after the payment has been made.

Commissions may take anywhere from a few days to a few months to complete.

I will work on my own time even outside of the schedule that I provide clients since that is not something I can always control.

To recover from or prevent burnout, I may work on personal or fan projects in between or during commissions.

I no longer do rushed or deadline commissions.

All correspondence regarding commissions must be made through Twitter DMs or Discord.

Issues or events outside of my control that may prevent me from working for longer than 1 week will be announced on my site. I may not always be able to DM clients about delays.

If approved, I will give you the total price of your commission. Once agreed upon, I will send an invoice.

I am not obligated to provide WiPs after the initial sketch is approved. You may request a progress piece at any time once I start your commission.

Once your commission is complete, I will send you the PNG files in a dropbox link. Do not share the link with others. The link will expire in 7 days. It is your responsibility to save these files as I may delete them to free up space.
